Completion times & delivery times

ALL timelines presented in listings are "best guess" estimates.  Due to the nature of the work we do, unforeseen situations can arise, and delays can be inevitable.  We try very hard to keep work flowing and we are committed to working each project for the time it takes to produce a quality build we can be proud of.

PRE-ORDER Refund Policy: Any Pre-Order Item is NON-REFUNDABLE.  Be sure you want in on a MOQ (Minium Order Quantity) Pre-order group kickstart project before purchasing. 

MOQ type group buy-in items are dependent upon hitting a specific quantity before it can go into production therefore the delivery date is not known.  In most cases we will set a deadline date and will go into production regardless. We reserve the right to cancel one of these type projects if MOQ is not hit and will issues a full refund.

Commissioned Builds

Most items we offer are "made to order" for this reason once we have commissioned the build 50% of hard parts is non-refundable and 100% of soft goods (suits, leather, boots, gloves, capes etc.) are non-refundable.  This is a blanket policy however we are ALWAYS willing to assist with a refund if we can.  PLEASE contact us directly to discuss the possibility of a refund and arrangements. 

Raw Kits

A full refund minus a 5% service fee is refundable for any order cancelation of a raw kit item if submitted before 10 days after purchase.  If 10 days has elapsed, then the commissioned builds policy above applies.

Returns

Returns are accepted on non-commission type products ONLY.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 30 days. 

For refunds on returns: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
